We totally get that life doesn’t always go to plan and may result in the need to cancel your appointment, In the event of this happening, We respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance this policy enables us to offer otherwise unavailable times to other clients with enough notice.
Less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation will result in 50% charge of your booking fee.
No shows are required to pay 100% of your booking fee.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation so that our business can run smoothly and service our clients to the highest level possible.

If you can’t see your desired time for an appointment please contact us. We will always do everything we can to try and help.
You will receive a reminder in regards to your appointment. Please adhere to the terms of your appointment.
If for some reason we are unable to fulfil your booked appointment time someone will be in contact with you. -
To secure your booking a non refundable 50% deposit is required (minimum $100). Your booking isn’t secured until your deposit has been paid, this can be done via direct deposit, eftpos payment in salon or by card over the phone.
Once the booking has been made & the deposit is taken, any cancellation or changes to the size of the bridal party will incur additional charges or retention of deposit. If the booking date has been changed after confirmation (not due to cancellation due to covid restrictions) the deposit will be retained as originally quoted you to cover the loss of other bookings turned away due to originally being booked for the original date.
We understand that in these unprecedented times rescheduling is out of our bride’s control.
Therefore, we are compassionately shifting deposits across to your new date with no change fees given, new dates and terms will be discussed as ongoing restrictions and events change.
Due to other bookings we may be unable to fully cater to exact original logistics and new dates however we will try our best to endeavour to do so.
Should your wedding be rescheduled in a different bridal season, please note your original quote may be subject to change as we revisit pricing each year.

Terms & Conditions
“Makeup by Amy Glab”

Please note that by making a booking with Amy and/or paying a security deposit, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the client who pays the security deposit to understand, agree and be responsible for adhering to these terms and conditions and making all relevant payments.
Payments
Once a booking date and price have been agreed between the parties, you are required to pay a $100 security deposit which will be deducted from the total cost of the booking and will not be refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
The outstanding balance needs to be paid via direct debit at least two weeks prior.
Please note that Amy does not hold any bookings for clients that have not paid their security deposit.
If any supply made in connection with these terms and conditions is, or becomes, subject to GST (as defined in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth)), the relevant payment amount shall be considered inclusive of the GST amount.
Cancellations
Cancellations of any bookings by you must be communicated to Amy in writing. Upon cancellation, the complete $100 security deposit will be retained by Amy regardless of the amount of notice given.
If less than two weeks’ notice is provided, you will also be required to pay 50% of the agreed price of the booking. This is necessary to cover administration costs and compensate for Amy’s inability to service other clients on the date of your booking.
Please note that changing the date of your booking will be treated as a cancellation.
Please confirm your numbers and the services you require carefully a the time of your booking. You will be charged the full amount agreed between the parties regardless of whether someone in your wedding party or group booking cancel or are otherwise unavailable.
Of course, if additional people require makeup or hair styling on the day of your booking, but were not included in the original booking, this is not normally a problem and payment can be made in cash on the booking date. It is recommended to give Amy as much notice as possible if others in attendance require makeup or hair styling to avoid disappointment and ensure that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Timing
Amy will notify you of her arrival time one to two weeks prior to the booking. Adhering to booking times is critical to ensure that Amy is able to perform her services effectively. Therefore, should unforeseen circumstances arise, the onus is on you to advise Amy as soon as possible. Amy is not responsible if your desired completion time is not met due to client/group/wedding party delays.
Refunds
Amy does not offer refunds for any completed services. If you are in any way dissatisfied, the onus is on you to notify Amy whilst she is on location.
Should you wish to meet Amy ahead of time and test her work in advance, it is recommended that you organise a Bridal trial.
Health and Safety
Amy and her assistants are not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The onus is on you to give Amy advanced notice if you or any of your group or wedding party have particular hypersensitivity to any makeup products.
Amy and her assistants do not accept liability for any claims arising out of the misuse, allergic reactions, or any injury suffered as a result of the consenting use of the products and equipment provided by Amy. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you release Amy and her assistants from all liability if such a situation should arise.
Amy and her assistants reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to stop work if any clients display antisocial behavior, contagious viral symptoms, or any other behavior/symptoms that make them feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
For their own safety, children in attendance of the booking are to be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Amy and her assistants accept no liability from any claims arising from any injury sustained by a child while in the service area.
Use of contractors
Amy may in her absolute discretion engage contractors or assistants to help her provide services in connection with this agreement.
In the event that Amy is not able to attend an appointment to provide makeup services on the scheduled booking date, she may organise for an alternate professional makeup artist or hair stylist to attend the appointment as her representative. Amy will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible if she is not personally able to attend your appointment.
In the event that an alternate professional makeup artist or hair stylist attends your appointment, these terms and conditions shall continue to apply in full, with all relevant references to “Amy” to be replaced with “Amy’s representative”.
Miscellaneous
Damage to or theft of Amy’s property caused by any person, (including children), requires on the spot compensation for the full value of the relevant item plus shipping costs.
Amy does her best to ensure that the products used at a trial are also used on the day of your booking. However, please be aware that there are situations beyond Amy’s control that may prevent this, such as a supplier discontinuing a product or a supplier delay in restocking a product. Amy will always aim to replace the product with something similar.
You acknowledge that Amy may use any photographs or images taken during your appointment on her website, social media or for any other promotional purposes.
You understand that once you have made a booking and/or paid the security deposit, you are legally bound by these terms and conditions.
